The box is made of high quality stainless steel plates with external surface spray coated; the inner bladder is made of mirror stainless steel with the four corners rounded for easy cleaning. Space between shelves is adjustable. The external door has an observation window or is made of double layer toughened glass.
Microcomputer-based smart LCD temperature controller has PID control and touch key, and also displays set temperatures and the actual temperatures in the chamber. It effects temperature in high precision, and has protection against excessive temperature, over current, and also displays safety protection and has the function of sound & light alarming.
The instrument is an environmentally friendly product. It adopts compressors of famous brand for environment protection, which is characterized with fluorine-free refrigeration, high efficiency, low power consumption.
The temperature circulation system consisting micro-blowers ensures temperature uniformity in the chamber. The blower operating velocity is adjustable and automatically controlled.
Lighting is available in the chamber, which enables observation of objects under incubation (UV light fitted for mold incubator). BOD is fitted with power socket (optional).
Mold incubator may be fitted with an optional humidification function (“S” indicated with the model No.).
Separate alarming system for temperature limit ensures automatic termination of operation in case temperature exceeding limit, ensuring safe operation and avoiding accidents (optional).
The upgraded model has a large LCD screen multi-sectional program controller, which displays different parameters on one screen. Besides functions above, the temperature control is of high precision with the temperature fluctuation smaller; the outlook is novel and protection is better ensured. Parameters of multi-sectional temperature, time and temperature rise are set and programmed at the same time, enabling temperature rise gradient control.
The instrument can be fitted with RS-485 portal for connection with printer and computer for recording variations of temperature parameters (optional).
